Azienda Agricola Ca Bottura has always been run by the Andreoli family, and for generations they have been looking after the vines and olive trees owned by the Camaldolite Hermitage. The Andreoli family has all the expertise that comes from its traditions and also from continuous professional training for Maurizio and Fabiola. The result is a modern understanding of wine, which exalts the typical features of the land. This is the typical production zone for Bardolino Classico (Red and Claret/Rosé), a limited area where all the best features of this ruby wine are expressed, which is perfect served with first courses, red and white meats, fried dishes, cheese and certain types of lake and sea fish. The Bardolino Chiaretto Classico variety is constantly gaining in appreciation, both the still and sparkling versions. Bardolino Chiaretto is a versatile wine, excellent as a pre-dinner drink or ideal with any dish; it enhances the more delicate flavours and is the right accompaniment for stronger flavours as well. Our vines are surrounded by the olive groves, the noble and ancient plant that grows here thanks to the microclimate that is influenced by Lake Garda. Olive trees, like the vines, are grown in the areas of Bardolino, Costermano and Garda.
