We cook with few ingredients, simple, fresh. Traditional dishes from the Veneto and Puglia, however, and traditional Italian cuisine. We use quality products and Slow Food Presidia products, in respect of biodiversity. Pasta and bread we prepare at home with flour GRAIN TUSCAN ANTIQUE NATIVE, Organic low-gluten, sea salt coming from the salt marshes in the park of the WWF in the Trapani in Sicily. The focus of our philosophy and our pride. |
