|
Giancarlo Russo is one of the most famous chefs in Poland. His adventure in Italian cooking began at the age of 7 years, a passion for food sent by his father, who ran his restaurants in Sicily. In 1998, he started to promote local Polish cuisine by providing training in restaurants in Warsaw. The work began in Poland in the restaurant Venice, and became head chef at the restaurant "Chianti" in Warsaw. Since 2009, he opened his famous restaurant under the name "Giancarlo Italian Restaurant" at ul.Wilczej 8 in Warsaw. Giancarlo Russo belongs to the elite Chefs Club Foundation, which contains the most important chefs in Poland. For many years he was the President of the Association of Italian Chefs Poland. |
